Frank Stocco, the owner, lead consultant and designer, along with the design staff is exclusive to restaurants and food service
operations. With 38 years in the food industry and no less
than 10 years in AutoCAD design, the company has projects all over the United States, Canada and outlying islands.
Our experience comes from owning and operating restaurants, degrees in Culinary Arts
from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New
York and experience in restaurant equipment sales and
installation. We are experienced and
knowledgeable space planning experts in the restaurant
design industry with ideas for
innovative and efficient flow, equipment specification, code requirements and
layout of the restaurant equipment and furnishings.
Furthermore, we work with
affiliates in the industry to share design ideas and information,
